Some guests will welcome the luxury apartments in the Tower. Among other things, the restaurant also offers STEAKS made from its own aged beef of the LIMOUSIN breed. This meat is very clean and maximally lean, while maintaining fragility, tenderness and juiciness, it shows excellent quality, especially in the "young beef" category and when processed MEDIUM.
