Lípa also survived the times of the second half of the last century, when a military garrison was based on Dobrá Voda, perhaps thanks to the protection of a small elf. Husband and wife Tesař tell that a small bird, an albino, has been regularly appearing on the tree for several years, which probably protects the tree from evil forces.
